Stripe integration

Take credit and debit card payments from clients with Stripe.

The Stripe integration enables you to accept payments through your calendar and Booking Page. Transaction details are also linked to appointment history, making it easier to track inbound revenue.

Notes

You’ll need INCH Pro and a Stripe account to set up this integration. Click here to check if Stripe is available in your country.
Stripe charges a small percentage fee per transaction. Click here for more information.

Enable the Stripe integration

1. Navigate to Settings > Payments and click the ‘Stripe’ tile.

2. Click the ‘Activate’ button and enter your Stripe account details when prompted. This allows INCH to connect.

You can deactivate this integration at any time by heading to Settings > Payments > Stripe and clicking the ‘Deactivate’ button.

Accept a payment

Go to Settings > Payments and scroll to ‘Booking Page payments’. Next to ‘Accept Booking Page payments’, you’ll see a switch. Switch it on. This enables clients to schedule and pay for appointments online.

To accept a payment through your calendar, select the relevant appointment to bring up the details window. Click Edit appointment > Payment > New payment > Continue and enter the client’s payment information.
